So it's like, let's build arousal, tension, anticipation, turn on in the body.
Then you want to expand that.
So you expand that through breath, through like maybe a more intense stimulation, through moving your body.
Then the next is letting that go.
So then it's just like this.
I've expanded so much that I'm now like jumping off that cliff, so to speak, and like allowing myself to fully surrender.
And some people get stuck in the expansion, which is the question that you just asked, and not surrendering because they're not letting go.
There's like a safety thing there, which may not be with the person.
Like I feel safe with this person, but it's the environment.
It's the kids next door.
It's like I just don't feel safe to fully let go right now.
So, yeah, they get stuck there because they just can't let go.
They don't know how to let go.
They don't know what it means.
People are like, I'm trying my best.
to let go, you know, really letting go.
And it's like, okay, even the way you're describing that for me sounds like there's a pressure to let go.
What would happen if you're like, fuck it, I'm going to jump off this cliff right now, you know?
Rather than like, come on, I'm going to jump off this cliff.
