And actually after a year,
they enter into management roles because we do see the blend of people naturally having long experience, understanding the business, having been a leader for quite some time, but also making sure that we also have these youngsters.
And um and and as both of us know very well, um we've we've become quite large, uh both by growing organically, but without a doubt also by growing through acquisitions.
And when we acquire companies, it's so important for us to keep the entrepreneurs.
So typically after five years within VISMA, uh 72% of the entrepreneurs, they are still there.
Uh so we're very, very humble to the fact that the entrepreneurs, they are close to the customers, close to their segment, close to their country, and they need to stay put to continue success.
So I would say in in general, in Visma, it's not about how long you've worked.
It is about what competence you have that will drive Visma in the future.
And uh and uh it really doesn't matter how old you are.
And I guess as you mentioned,

Yes, uh, in general, we're quite a sizable firm and the average age of our uh top management team is approximately 40 years old.
No, no, no.
Without a doubt, I think if we if we uh sit in a position for quite a long time, we forget to think out of the box.
And you have to because things are changing.
And I have to say that the government in the Nordics and and also in Norway, they have done an extremely important job with that respect.
I mean, in when you when you uh go to college, there are special areas of expertise uh teaching people how to.
start a business teaching people how to become entrepreneurs.
It's not weird.
to start to start up your own company right after school.
