It also naturally makes us sometimes do mistakes, but that's extremely important.

If we never make mistakes, I always think that we're we're too slow.

Uh I think Klaus Schwab in uh in the last World Economic Forum uh said it really nicely.

Uh in the new business world, it's not the big fish which eats the slow uh the small fish.

It's actually the fast fish that uh that eats the slow fish.

Yeah, and I think that's extremely important also, uh, moving forwards with all the changes that are coming along the way and moving faster and faster.

So so I think uh I have a huge drive for looking at

I I would say adjusting uh my leadership style to the people around me, getting to know them, getting to know their strengths, and then putting them them in positions where they truly fulfill their potential, uh, because that drives uh growth.

Yes, I think um in general, uh almost all of the people working in Visma, they have to live and breathe tech.

Uh out of our 13,300 people, we have 5,000 developers.

But all of us, we are uh without a doubt living and breathing tech.

We have lots of tech courses because in order to drive this business, it's not enough to know the financials.

It's not enough to to know marketing, digital marketing.

You really have to understand tech and how you can use tech no matter where you are in the organization.

And uh and with all the changes along the way, we definitely see that the youngsters they are challenging us in a really, really positive way.

So so in Visma, we really don't care that much about how long you've been working.

It's about how talented you are.

And I have to say that the difference between an average developer and a talented one, the talented one is 100 times more efficient, more 100 times more creative and productive than an average one.

So making sure that we all the time fill in with young talents.

We have a management trainee program.
