Uh great.
There's there's a couple things in here actually that that we can that we can answer.
Um but like just first of all, like the statement that was made by the by the partner.
Um
I just find like it i it it is so interesting and and again it's such a common thing for people to say, like
It's it sounds so irrational.
It's like, yeah, like you know, you you you pick at the skin and then it creates a scab and then you pick at the scab and um like if you look at it again that way, it's completely irrational.
Like, why are we doing this?
Um and that can cause so much stress uh or or distress, you know, just knowing that what you're doing doesn't make sense.
Um
Um so then again for someone to question that can be really difficult because you know uh you know you know what you're doing doesn't make sense.
And you know what you're doing is really causing a lot of harp.
