She's eye-rolling.
She's not triggering.
So if you just look at those two characters and what they represent about the culture, it's something very different and this idea that in the U.S.,
You have to make yourself.
Now that is also a lie and a myth.
The Peltzes, obviously Nicola Peltz is a billionaire because her dad is a billionaire.
I'm talking about the way that they would tell the story to themselves rather than the reality.
And also how important it was for both her and David.
The whole point of those two documentaries is to show they've done all this and they've got a wonderful family life.
That was the whole point in both of them.
Compare the David Beckham documentary to another really big sports documentary of the last few years, which was The Last Dance that came out in 2020.
and was talking about the Chicago Bulls.
Now, I don't know anything about Michael Jordan's family.
He's featured in it.
That's not the point of the documentary.
The point of that documentary is to show you how good at sport Michael Jordan is.
The point of the Beckham documentary was not to show that.
It was to show, look, you know he's good at sport, but also look how cozy his family life is and he makes meals for his family and he loves cleaning the kitchen after everyone's gone to bed.
It's a very different ideal.
Nice segue.
