That's one of the most terrifying things that any human can actually come to terms with.
And it's it's well li lies lies are very expensive.
All lies.
All lies are expensive.
The troop is the truth is cheap and sustainable.
So this is you see, you get more, you gain more because the lie is I mean, that's like that's like your American Express black card.
You know, you can just keep swiping that thing and the debt gets bigger and bigger and you until eventually you're never gonna pay it off.
That's that's what um
Uh reality is like we don't realize like all these lies, the identification stuff is costing you your you're draining your energy, you're putting yourself in a debt that you don't even understand.

Yeah.
Um so at first we you first it's kind of a foreign concept because most people have this inerrant sense that they are truthful.
If if ninety nine percent of people would describe themselves as honest, they'll say, Oh, I'm an honest person.
We're not talking about sociopathic lying like what you mentioned, where someone's deeply calculating a plan to deceive someone, right?
We're talking about automatic unconscious lying that you're addicted to, that you were raised to be just like your family and community.
And that's all part of the false uh personality structure.
And it's it's all it's all lies, but we're but it's not that you're conscious of it.
