And the more you bring conscious awareness to it, the more it can begin.
Dissolve the more room you have to realize.
Oh, like for example, when we say something to someone, why did we really say it to them?
Can we be really honest with ourselves, right?
Why did you?
Go pat the person on the back and tell them hello.
What was the real reason?
Because oftentimes you realize, I guess I did it because I wanted them to like me.
Right.
You see, you start to realize like, okay.
I had a little bit of an agenda.
There was a small lie there, right?
And that's what through all the work that we do in our course and stuff, going uh using the archetypes for self-remembering, this is the entire thing that we're going to create is through experience to begin to see the active lying and deception that's happening in real time.
So you can begin to grow your agency around truth, which has immense power to it.
But it's very h it's a skill, like it's a skill.
It's like learning to, you know, juggle or something.
You're going to have to learn how to do it.
You're not used to doing.
