Um and it takes it's awkward at first, right?
The more truthful we are, the
The more difficult it is.
It's like the weight gets heavier, you know.
Yeah, I mean in the r in recovery they call it rock bottom.
It's that it's when you finally had your threshold of pain that's enough to get you to see the delusion, the self deception.
Because a lot of like in in people that have been through like an immense amount of that, like if it's a drug addiction or gambling or something.
They had to get to a point where the pain was so immense, the d the the disarray of their life was so unmanageable that it shocks them hard enough to realize, Oh, I have a problem.
Because really before that, they didn't have that real sense of I have a problem.
Right.
And um that's where the beginning of the self deception ends, right?
As you start to see, oh my God, I've been
I've been lying to myself, you know, and I have a serious addiction or a serious problem and I need really serious help.
So like when you're saying to some of your community, like if your community being people that have already started working on themselves, you know, they've done that kind of work.
So they're more open and already down the path of like accepting that you have work to do.
But most people aren't even there.
Right.
Like most people will never will go to therapy in their entire life.
And I'm not saying someone should or shouldn't.
But do you get what I mean?
