As an actor or a director when you're putting on a scene or a state, is that what you mean?

Of of like the state like so just in general, what is the function of a stage?
Yeah, um
Well, what we what we do is the stage is a space in which we're allowing ourselves to go into um
Um
A a place of um aesthetic dissonance where we're we're projecting our consciousness.
And we're allowing whatever happens in that space.
Uh to be entertained, we identify with it.
Like we talk in the work, you know, like the Gurjeff work and stuff, identification is a big part.
We're willingly identifying the same way we do with the TV screen.
We're saying, hey, I'm focusing on this and I understand that what's happening in the stage is going to um be fictitious, but my job is to surrender myself to be open to believing it.
And so it's like it it becomes a willing um
uh uh delusion, but that's what we do.
