And yeah, maybe in November, maybe or whenever your fiscal year starts to cycle down, if you can look at it and say, we hit our overhead, we hit our profit.
Now we can take on some of these outreach and community projects because we have the space to do it.

If you want to say we're going to take on three $50,000 a year
tiny bathroom projects, but that's it.
And they have to be done after we've already sold enough of the work that allows us to do those other projects.
Just being intentional, I think about that.
And I would argue that most builders don't have a clear understanding of what overhead is.
I mean, I'm sure you've had this with people with, you know,
trying to cost code things and not understanding, not even understanding cost codes, right?
How many people, who's not, still not using an estimating database, who's still estimating in Excel, but isn't creating cost code categories so they can't do a good postmortem on their projects and their estimated versus actuals aren't, I mean, and then it's a laborious process to do that because you didn't cost code everything in the first place.
Yep.
And cost codes take some, I don't know, 10 minutes to set up.
And then when you estimate, you estimate within the cost code.
Then when it flows through the process, everything works a little bit better.
But if you're using bubble gum and shoelaces to put the thing together at the beginning, it's like a garbage in, garbage out, except AI makes it like little garbage in, giant garbage out.
No, but it's a good one.
And you said enthusiasts are just getting started or solo entrepreneurs.
