You've got to get it, but that's not the end goal.

And if you're so sucked up in the business that you don't have the bandwidth for the other stuff, then I think you're missing out

And I, and I feel like a lot of our industry is stuck in a place where the business is so all consuming that the notion of taking a month vacation is like impossible.

Terrifying.

And let me know.

I remember the first time I took my second ex-wife convinced me that I had to take, we were going to take a vacation and we took one week and it was like nail biting the whole time.

but it gave me perspective to come back and look at the business with a slightly different lens.

And now, you know, taking a two month vacation is not a problem.

Right?

If you build that in.

So it's a long way around of saying,

Cost codes.

And all of this stuff leads to a system that leads to a process that leads to a little bit of a letting go and feeling confident about the numbers and feeling confident about the business and getting to get more balance in life.

I like that comfortability is a product of visibility.

Visibility being really...

I'm going to say honest.

It's also honesty, but directed at yourself.

Like transparency, honesty, similar words.

Sure.

But I think maybe this is a good way to describe that.
