Like I I was a personal trainer specifically for dads.
My whole message was
Man.
When you're eighty?
Do you want to be able to get down on the floor with your grandkids and play and mess around with them?
Um, when when you when you finally hit that retirement age, do you want to do you want to go travel with your wife and not and be unrestricted from doing all the things that you want to do?
Like think about your long-term vision for yourself, the things that you care most about.
It's a perspective shift, no doubt.
And it gets us away from the the immediate gratification.
World that we live in.
But
It's it's gotta be something that that allows us to be inspired, to feel like we've received some sort of gift or to to learn something that we previously didn't know.
Uh the hu the human brain lights up when we we come to those aha moments.
And that's when real change happens.
Absolutely.
That's when we can be confident in, oh, I'm gonna step into this change.
into this conversation, into this environment, and know that I'm doing it for this reason.
Right.
Not just simply because I'm afraid that I'm gonna get hurt if I don't.
Yeah.
