You look into their family and what sort of how, yeah.

And I've heard the criticism of Zach.
No, I'm not saying you, but there's been some criticism out there.
And I'm going to be completely honest, like obviously being in the media and covering a lot of the stuff with Zach over the years, you have a perception of it.
Everyone does.
But I can't fault Zach for the time we spent together.
Well, you can see he brought his mom and his dad over and his partner Kayla, who's pregnant as well.
And just how close they were and you see the quality of person he is, like the way he just treated his mother and the way how important his mum is to everything.
And I get that.
Like I could see it that he's a good person.
There are situations and circumstances that led to what he did and that's his prerogative to tell that story or not.
But we saw a good person in there and we saw that in his family and we saw that in his partner.
And we believe that, yeah, we understand that there's a perception out there of what he's like.
But it's our job in the next 12, 18 months to make him feel valued, to make him feel respected.
And when Willie's over in Australia, to have that unity with him and constantly have that communication, build that relationship.
So when he gets to PNG, he's ready to run through walls for the coach.
And that's our job.
