Well, for one, our salary cap is still the same.

It doesn't change.

The players benefit from it, of course.

At the start, when I took on the job, everyone was saying, you couldn't pay me enough money to move to Papua New Guinea.

That was the narrative.

Now it's too much of an advantage.

We had to work really hard to change the narrative around Papua New Guinea.

And every time we bring someone to the country, they say…

Oh, this is not what we thought it was going to be.

This is not what we were told it was going to be like.

And they're enjoying themselves there and they feel comfortable to move their family over and start a new life in Papua New Guinea.

But at the start, that wasn't the case.

No one was thinking that this team would be able to attract the players, the quality of players that we have.

So we had to change perceptions.

We brought people up there to help us send the message of Papua New Guinea that we wanted out there, to show them the real Papua New Guinea.

Now, are there issues in that country?

Of course there are.
