What are we talking about?
It's an existing resort.
It's called Airways, right?
It's currently a hotel and residence.
ExxonMobil, one of the biggest companies in the world.
A lot of their employees live there.
They've got a ton of employees who live in the apartments there.
So it's got tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pools, fields, bike tracks, whatever you need, it's there, right?
But what we're building is, well, not we are, what they are building, Airways, and we're going to rent them out, are 80 brand new apartments, which will be fully furnished and available to the NRL players and staff.
So they'll live there.
It's an 11 hectare site.
It's not like you're living behind barbed wire fences that are right in front of your face every second of the day.
