No, so it was the last five years I was a head scout at Toronto with the Marlies, but I'd gotten my feet wet kind of when Randy was there into the scouting realm, and he kind of knew I wanted to get into that a little bit.
Yeah, it changed scouting tremendously.
I think I was just looking through it today.
Last year on our team, our leading scorer was from Minnesota, Lucas Souchin.
He had 88 points.
Andrew O'Neill came over from the National Development Team program.
Dylan Dean, who was shot to get drafted, played in our top nine.
Paul Anderson, who we came for sure with Park Crusaders.
He's from Minnesota.
We traded him to Red Deer.
He was almost a point of game after he made the move there.
Austin Zemlack, we were able to bring in from Arizona State.
He's from Fort McMurray, but he was already in college.
And then Ethan Simcoe, one of our goaltenders, was committed to that path and came over to us.
Last year in total, I believe it was six players that alternatively we would not have seen most likely.
And then leading off of that, scouting in the U.S.
has had to pick up dramatically.
I think last year I did, the year before this, I think I did five trips down there.
