But that's the first thing I tell everyone.

It's about taking care of our talent.
And if you do that correctly, you will become a star in your own right over time.
Because people will understand that and they will see you do it.
That's the first thing.
The second thing I tell everyone is don't force this.
Don't try to come across as you're this historian or you're this massive wrestling fan.
Because even if you are, it's going to sound forced.
Everything you do has to become natural.
I think one of the people that does this great is Jackie Redmond.
She's amazing.
Jackie is the most conversational person who came to this world, obviously, from a sports background.
She did a little bit of wrestling stuff in Canada.
Yeah, NHL, NHL, yep.
But Jackie has this knack of, much like you guys do, of being able to make the people she's interviewing comfortable.
