It's, to me, for Jarlett to come out and say, you know, Sean Hurston dealt with it and it's okay then.
He didn't deal with it.
He made a mistake.
He should have done... He pushed the player.
It was harmless, but it's still...
It's still the same offence as what Gerard Brendan did.
So you can't say, well, the CCC say it's okay and all this.
And I've been ranting about this for a couple of years.
And we had a player sent off in a league match against Waterford a couple of years ago.
Not going to go into all the detail of it.
It was the furthest thing from a sending off that was ever a sending off.
And we were very, very annoyed about it.
Johnny Murphy and Sean Stack were the officials.
They were blatantly wrong in my view.
And I was saying, if they put up their hand, one of them said, lads, we made a mistake here.
The CCC, we appealed it and it was upheld and the suspension was left there.
And we could have went further, but we had matches coming up and we said we'd let it go.
And to me, that's not right.
And when I was chairman of Offaly, I said to the CCC chairman, my very first day, I'll never interfere in your business.
It's not my job.
