I immediately understood what I was looking for.

By God, I stepped out.

I can do that, I said to myself.

I can create the McDonald's of small business development services.

And when I saw that I could create the McDonald's of small business development services, I saw it from way, way, way above.

above myself as whomever I was, the entity that I was representing, no matter what it was and how it was being done.

It was skills, not skill-centric.

It was not people-centric.

It was not marketing-centric.

It was not management-centric.

It was business development-centric.

I realized I

I had to go to work on my business to truly design my business in a way that would enable me to scale it exponentially to touch the lives and hearts and futures of every single small business owner on the planet.
