He brought somebody in to replace me to do what I was doing in his ad agency.
And that guy asked me where I was going.
And I told him to start this firm, this what I called business development firm.
And he said, I'm going with you.
I'm not staying here.
And he did.
And his name was Tom.
And Tom and I created the Michael Thomas Corporation, a business development firm.
And Stan, it was the very first business coaching company in the world.
Well, I worked with Tom until Tom and I parted company about seven years later.
I started with Tom in 1977.
I then changed the Michael Thomas Corporation to Gerber Business Development Corporation in
And then with the publication of my very first book, The E-Myth Academy, and then E-Myth Worldwide, and now Michael E. Gerber Companies Worldwide, and effectively the transformation of everything that we have learned.
