Second is IFA, and we're working hard to make it better.
to how do we improve it through government rules, the NLRB ruling, how do we make it better, how we better franchise.
And then third, how do we support the community that we have in franchising?

And so I think it continues on because it is such an efficient way
to go to the marketplace because you have the capital in
owner that are very, very close to the customer.
And then you have a brand and a trademark and a system and IP that is all interconnected as they serve that customer.
So I think it's very, very exciting.
And we'll just see this business continue to grow and develop.
Well, I always think about the strategy that you have to get, create, and keep customers to create, if you will, and retain employees.
Then you take that strategy and you have executions.
How well do you achieve against those?
But the multiplier is the trust in an organization today.
And I encourage franchisors emerging to think about what's the strategy to get and keep customers, to get and keep employees, and then how do you measure execution?
What are the scorecards?
How do you perform against that strategy?
But it has to be in an environment of trust.
And if you have negative trust, you multiply it against the negative, and the thing goes south so fast.
