Our franchisees expect that we will give leadership, but we also need to make sure that as we walk in that we do not become so self-egotistical

And in that demanding, franchisees lose trust and respect.

So it's a great system, and I've just been so blessed to be a part of franchising and certainly would have never, ever guessed
