Yeah, and again, our second objective in ServiceMaster was, and those have been changed, but was to help people develop.

And so I was at my desk one day, and the CEO of ServiceMaster called and said, we'd like you to come to the home office and be a part of Merry Meets.

And I had no idea that I would have that opportunity.

That was not on my radar screen.

But I had gotten to know and got known because I was on the Franchise Council and I chaired the Franchise Council.

So I had a chance to meet these men and women

they had a chance to meet me.

So I think I saw, I had confidence in them.

And they had confidence in me.

So they gave me an opportunity.

And fortunately, and this sounds boastful, but fortunately, we built a good business that was transferable.

Because so many entrepreneurs build businesses today that are not transferable.

Right.

Because it's all about the person.

exactly right.

We were service master.

And we were merrymeets.

And we followed the system so that my managers actually bought the business.
