So I was a franchisee, I was a franchisor, and now I'm a franchisee.

But in our franchise organization, we follow these corporate objectives.

They aren't part of ServiceMaster today.

But when these four objectives were founded, were started in ServiceMaster in 1970, but we have four objectives.

First, to honor God in all that we do.

Secondly, to help people develop.

Third, to pursue excellence.

And fourth, to grow profitably.

first objective did not say that someone had to be a Jew or a Christian or a Muslim or a Buddhist, but it said there was an absolute authority for the way we conducted ourselves and the way we conducted our business.
