But let me add this in, Marnie.
Did you know that crayfish are omnivores and they have the potential to eat
I hadn't thought of that.
You know, that would be quite interesting.
I'm just thinking about it.
Crayfish, mangoes, and I don't know why I was leaning towards the seed cucumbers.
But anyway, no, let me not go there.
So Bill says, Dear Marnie and Cope,
I was very interested to hear your piece about the arts helping slow down aging.
Some people, like myself, who are involved with making visual arts, find the process of painting very therapeutic and I always have done since primary school days when you are allowed to, in quotes, lose yourself, painting a harvest field or a jungle using powder paints.
going to art galleries in itself is both physical and mental relaxation.
Certainly, apart from minor aches and pains, I don't feel, in quotes again, being 78 years old all that often.
Thanks for a very interesting program.
Signed, Bill
Mine is quite a, well, some may say here in Kenya, unique kind of craft that is a hobby for me, and that's ice carving.
That's how I end up relaxing.
It's difficult to carve ice here in Kenya, usually because of the weather.
But when I get the opportunity, I do take part in events.
So for me, my therapeutic craft is ice carving.
that's the thing.
