And the fund says that if you're a single mother, single parent, but the vast majority of the money is going to single mothers, if you're a single mother below a certain income threshold, you can get the money and you can pay it to a daycare, and then you can go work in the widget factory. matched

The Trump administration comes in and says, you know what? matched

Uh, we should actually open up the pool. matched

of eligibility here and say that uh if you are a stay-at-home mother, if you want to care for your own kid, rather than just sending this government cheese to the daycare center so you can work for Dr. matched

McGillicuddy, if you want to care for your own kid, you can be eligible for that money as well. matched

So in other words, it takes the preexisting program, already has mandatory spending, doesn't add a penny, and just says rather than only incentivizing single parenthood, we're also going to uh incentivize people matched

To be able to stay at home and give the care to their kids they deserve. matched
