So when you watch people that you care about,
And all of a sudden they're not doing the things that they used to do.
Or even more importantly, you don't think they want to do those things.
Like you can show up for something and not want to be there, but that doesn't mean that you're still mentally healthy.
So it's what you're thinking.
Do you want to be there?
You know, and like for me, my wife knows that the first sign that I'm struggling is that
I'm on the coach.
Well, actually, I'm on the coach anyway.
But there's different reasons for being on the coach.
Like Sunday afternoon when NFL's on, like I'm on the fucking coach.
And that doesn't mean I'm depressed.
But just the whole idea that you retreat, that you are trying to get away from everything and everyone.
Keith, I can tell you that that is the biggest thing.
Yeah.
I don't know.
It's kind of like, I'll answer any question about lived experience, about how I dealt with it, how it feels like.
That's the most important thing is, what does it feel like to alert people that, hey, maybe you're not doing as well as you thought.
But fuck, that's above my pay grade.
Knowing, is there more now than there was?
