And everybody that gets benefits in Canada has some kind of mental health allowance, right?
They have access to an EFAP.
And
men don't use them like literally men will ignore the fact that you know they could actually without any expense whatsoever speak to a psychologist so it's like find out what you've got access to and the first step for many is go to your family doctor right but talk to someone and but it's not just those that are struggling it's those that care about someone that's struggling right like
I spoke to a group last week.
They were all sort of hardcore workout side guys who never would talk about this.
And I said, how many of you guys would talk to your supervisor if you thought, you know, I'm not doing well.
I think I could use some help.
Not one guy put up their hand.
It's 2026.

And it's also about how do you handle someone that you care about, right?
Because we all have people in our lives that are going to struggle with mental illness.
And how do we handle it?
And that's another thing that you could learn a lot about.
So talk to someone, go to a family doctor, and you ask me what you could do, right?
I think what you could do is, and I'm kind of selling myself because the message is everything, but put me back on, you know, because like I kind of, you know what, maybe I should take that back.
Yeah.
And it's all directed at men because I, I, because we're just not good at it.
