If you're 49 and a Democratic voter, you're young.
It's a soft acknowledgement that
that they've really lost the next generation of Democrats.
And that's extremely frightening.
Not to bring everything back to my microeconomics 101 class, but generally monopolies are not good for the consumer, in this case, the base of voters.
And rank and file Democratic voters are kind of being presented with a choice, something different, often radically different.
That's such a great point because the corporate PAC money and all the money that just kind of has polluted our electoral system in general, you know, like the ousting of incumbents and the turnover of the party, it threatens a lot of people's livelihoods and bottom lines and their ability to enrich themselves.
And that, of course, is quite scary.
For people across the country who said, oh, I don't have a Democratic Socialist on my ballot, that could change very soon.
We do have a presidential election coming up in
you know, in two years, I mean, it's basically the next big race on the horizon.
And I think right now, the Democratic Party is in, you know, the greatest period of transition with the largest vacuum, certainly, at least at any point in my lifetime.
And, you know, those types of vacuums and transitions, they are unstable, but it can, you know, lead to, you know, tremendously unforeseen things being realized, you know, so...
