Uh if you had you would know that I'm not even gonna finish reading this email.
It it's in the air and it's thick.
And then you bring in the incentives because talking into a camera all day seems really glamorous, but accepting these kinds of deals is one of the ways that a lot of content creators make money.
Yeah.
And we got really lucky where early on we got an ad deal with Harry's Razors.
That was like from day one of leaving the post.
And then we we have some deals with Beehive, who we do the newsletter through.
And so we have these set down.
For the next few months that are keeping the lights on, so to speak.
But other creators don't necessarily have that.
It's a very up and down economy.
And when you're someone who's already doing political news, for example, or talking about politicians, and other brands are afraid of you because you do that, but then a politician who maybe you personally happen to just believe in anyway, or they're close enough to your belief system, you go, Yeah, I will accept this money because this is my
job and how else am I going to make money?
I understand where that comes from.
I feel like the real marketing edge that news content creators have is they're like, I'm not beholden to the corporate media behemoth.
You know, I just speak for myself.
Whereas traditional journalists are not accepting any money or gifts or they shouldn't be from a political campaign and yet an independent content creator
Who claims to be free from conflicts of interest is?
Right.
