And I have my own ideas, but I was curious to hear yours about like, how do people let go of the ego?

And what I know you talk about some daily practices that you do, which I'm definitely aligned with, like journaling and meditation and things like that.

But, you know, how so people are listening to this and they go, OK, Michael, how do I let go of my ego?

I'm like super scared.

Absolutely.

And that feels like it has to kind of when I have this analogy that worked for me on my journey and I'm still on my journey, obviously, is I have all the different parts and they have different needs and different wants.

And as soon as you're trying to get rid of one or disown one, it actually you give it more energy and it can be quite destructive.

So I agree with you.

Loosen it.

loosen it and bring it into kind of like a, I use King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

They all have their part and they all have their play.

And I want to hear what they've got to say.

And sometimes it's like, I don't really have time for this.

We really have to be getting on with whatever.

And there's a part that goes, but, and I'm like, yes, what, what, what is it that you want now?

You know?
