And that's one thing I've learned on my journey too.
In fact, I'd said to my daughter, I'd come up with this idea about something and it was just as I was about to go for a meditation.
And I talk about getting these, what I call instruction down the back right.
I get this instruction and it'll just be a statement.
And I said to my daughter, oh, just before I had my meditation, this came to me.
And she went, that's genius.
And I said, well, genius came along, tapped me on the shoulder and said, what about this?
Because it doesn't feel like me, but it's like comes through me.
No, that's the danger, isn't it?
I mean, I think personally, I don't know about you, but I've learned enough to know
that it's such a blessing when it appears or comes to me, but it's not a given, you know, and it's not me.
It definitely comes through me when I create the right environment and conditions and I'm paying enough attention, I'm taking care of myself and I'm, you know,
do my journaling and meditation into nature all those grounding things that's when you get the chance to hear it because it's almost like a hearing and a feeling thing isn't it goes back to i completely agree the reason i wrote a book my father's who do you think you are was always echoing in my mind turned out my father wanted to be a writer
And as an intuitive child, you would have had that in your psyche.
You would have known that you would internalize that.
Yeah.
Well, that's like Ella, the emotional eaglet.
I woke up one morning and I was just feeling really sad and down and I was journaling away.
And then the whole book is 74 pages came to me.
