Well, I think we can begin by discussing the beautiful red of this bow tie today, Rob.

It's a it's a June ish color.

I couldn't pull it out in uh in the winter, but now it's a hopefully it's weather and seasonal appropriate.

But I I do think everything you said bears a little bit of repeating for our listeners.

Because what we're trying to do today is, you know, we're not trying to suggest that listeners throw out all the old governance playbook that they've been reading from or do a Rosemary Woods and all of our prior podcast tapes.

I I think what we wanna do today though is share some themes that are much closer on the horizon than you know we probably thought they might be back when we were doing this in the dark of winter.

Well, that's an a uh age biased question, Rob, so I w refuse to answer, but I guess uh I would say that the lessons of Watergate are never to be forgotten.

Just like Notre Dame's big bull victory uh late last po uh postseason.

Well yeah, I I think bomb throwing, volatility where we want to begin.

Uh why not?

Uh and by that I I mean

You know, volatility and its various permutations is no longer a one off topic, uh, considered by the board in January is part of its New Year's resolution to be current and to think broadly in big picture.

To me, volatility and its impact on the healthcare company.

uh can now be expected to be really a regular agenda item at every meeting.

How does the volatility of the surrounding environment as we see it this month

This quarter affect what we're doing.

And what I'm talking about is just stuff right out of the papers.
