Does that put it in in um conflict with management team?
Well again it could.
You know, we always worry that compliance has long since uh exhausted its five minutes of fame in the boardroom.
But I I hate
I don't see any way for a board to dismiss uh the i in enforcement division as anything other than what it looks like at the surface, which is a significant
focus on fraud, which could easily extend to the healthcare sector, which is likely to exist for at least three years.
And so therefore it it really requires a new level or let's say a revitalized board oversight of compliance focus.
Well, you know, people could say why is the you're talking about new issues coming in over the horizon.
This sucker's been around for twenty years.
And you know, what's new on that?
And and you certainly be right.
I think Rob i in the history of the pr your practice and mine, we've we've seen this multiple times dating back to when the intermediate sanctions were um
first enacted and Congress has had multiple bites at the tax exempt apple.
