crazy board members who are asked driving me nuts asking for information is just to tone it down, just to give 'em less information and simply say, This is it.

Uh y uh and the same way I've seen board members say that we're a little concerned about the CEO getting too far in front of us and the best way to prevent that is just to keep asking for information and information, keep a tight leash on them.

Neither neither of those approaches work.

But nevertheless, again, it's that weaponization of the information flow is becoming a bigger issue.

The best way to deal with is everybody sit down and talk.

And I volunteer you, Rob, as a as a pay for uh payable guy who can go from city to city and take the arrows between those two uh constituencies and and facilitate those conversations because you they have to be held.

I think the answer to your question is both.

You know, uh and I'm looking at this strictly from a from a corporate governance perspective, but as as most of the people that were uh who are listening with us today are are aware of the um

creation of the fraud enforcement division, uh and I guess they have some regional task force now.

Uh in my mind, um

The board should not view that s just as a bureaucratic exercise or public relations fluff or some kind of politically driven exercise in an election year.

I mean, are there elements of that?

But

there's much more.

It's a very conscious effort by the administration to elevate the profile of and and really enhance, I think, the resources attributable

to an anti fraud initiative nationwide, including health care.

In other words,

Call it whatever you want.

It really doesn't make a difference.
