I'll explain if my understanding is correct.
So this whole project was approved whenever.
It was based on these different areas could have different maximum FARs.
And there was a total amount of square footage.
If you maximized everything on every parcel, this is the most that could be built.

We had a user come in and they only built 150,000 square feet.
So there's technically 150,000 square feet still being shown buildable by you that can't be built because that parcel's already been built on.
When we get to the point where we have these three remaining, now they kind of say, okay, well you still have 906,000 square feet unbuilt.

Well, when you say you don't think you can, is that based on the marketability or what you could actually build on that parcel?
To me, where this needs to go is when you're showing you have 906,000 square feet left in this project, but let's take those numbers.
Let's say A, the maximum you can build on A is 600, and you can build 61,000, 71,000 here, 671.
I think the argument needs to be made back to, we don't have 906,000 square feet that can be built, because if we maximize... Yeah.

So I kind of look at, until there's a way to decide what the actual buildable, what can actually be built on these remaining parcels, which we don't really know, and the hotel doesn't quite really know, it's hard for me to just take out all away from one without adding it back to the other.
