Good evening.
I would like to share my personal experience with Happy Paws.
Due to a change in drop-off hours at the previous doggy daycare, about six months ago, my wife and I began bringing our dog to Happy Paws.
During the initial evaluation, we were immediately impressed by how clean and spacious the interior area was, as well as
as well as the well-maintained outdoor space that offered ample room for the dogs to play.
Over the following months, we came to know Marcel and Beatrix, who have been open about the challenges they face as small business owners.
To us, a dog is a member of the family and the staff at Happy Paws has consistently treated our dog with that level of care.
Each morning, she eagerly wags her tail when we arrive at happy pause.
She's very anxious and she is greeted warmly by a staff member.
In the afternoon when we pick her up, she is tired and she is hungry, which reflects a full day of healthy activity, which was not always the case at the previous establishment.
Approximately six weeks ago, our dog was either bitten by a tick or stung by a bee while at happy pause.
Beatrice promptly contacted me and asked permission to take her to the vet.
She did so without hesitation, only requesting reimbursement for the vet bill
And in the days that followed, the staff monitored her recovery closely, making sure her wound maintained clean and that it would heal.
And I see that I'm almost out of time.
So I'd like to thank you for allowing me to speak.
And I hope that you will roll in favor of happy pause.
Like I said, I'm from Brambleton and we do have two dogs that attend Happy Paws and I'm here in support of their proposals.
My first question would be, show me the facts.
