I pay attention to everything. I look like, I look at social media for one reason. So I see what's going on. Like I look at, I follow every one of my competitors. I follow everyone who's interesting. I follow everyone I can learn from. And I'm sending stuff to people. I probably send 20 or 30 posts of different shit to people who I work with every single day. So that's how we learn.

If we see something great in another business, we're absolutely going to find a way to bring that to our sports fans. Okay. You know, we keep figuring out how can we do things better for the sports fans? So I think if you don't pay attention closely to your competition, you're dead. And I think when your competition does something good, in a lot of cases, don't be proud. Like I learn from my competition all the time.

Look, different people can be successful. Like I know so many, like I'm always studying people. You'd see somebody who's like wicked smart, but they don't have great people skills. I'm the opposite, right? I'm honestly not that smart. I mean, people think again, oh, he's being self-deprecating. I got a 780 combined on my SATs.

It's bad. Okay. And you know what? I embraced it. So what do I do? I'm going to outwork my competition all the time. I'm going to use common sense. I'm going to use relationship skills.

So look, I've had a couple of changes in my life. It's interesting. I've realized that I can't be glued to my phone the way I have been because it's actually screwing my brain up. Smart, yes. So now what I'm learning to do is I put my phone down for an hour here, an hour there. My oldest daughter's 19. She does it. It's not like where, you know, she'd call me, she'd need me right away.
