because the franchise industry is for executors to me.
I think good franchisees are good executors and um
I guess going back to Junior Bridgeman, um, he was one of the first guys I met
in the franchise industry as I started my research into the um industry.
And he um former NBA basketball player, played for Milwaukee Bucks for um a good amount of time.
And he is currently um a um ma a a master franchisee for the Wendy's brand and for Chili's.
Um and a very successful one at that.
And I kinda watched his history and and talked to him a little bit and realize that wow if guys
you know, really, um, you know, follow what's laid out for 'em, they can really you know, we can create a lot of junior Bridgemans and I and it's our goal to do that.
I think it's very important.
I think that even before they leave the game they need to start developing their coaches.
Um and I think that, you know, that's one thing I really pushed hard on doing is meeting people that um can help me make my transition or help me in my next life, um, or my next career.
So I think it's very important.
Um, I think that um in most cases to where you see the horror stories is because people didn't have coaches or didn't have the right coaches with the experience
um, you know, in in certain industries.
You're very correct.
I think that um you know the image is a multi million dollar athlete, but I think, you know, you look at the average two and a half years actually for the NFL, five years for NBA
Um, you know, you g you have a young um college graduate making, you know, a couple hundred thousand dollars, you know, two to three hundred thousand dollars.
in most cases, in probably eighty percent of the cases.
The other twenty percent are million and above, but in in in most cases there's guy there's guys making a good bit of money to start their future careers.
