I think the best I seen the best transitions I've seen are people like the junior Bridgeman who use their profession, use the fact that they have a good following in certain markets and use the fact that they have some, you know, i certain political connections in certain markets to leverage opportunities.
I think that's where you have your your biggest wins and that's where your biggest losses are when guys
involved with things that are just um
totally um
totally separate and and gain no value from their past, you know, experience.
I think first and foremost they have to educate themselves about the industry.
I think the first thing you do is, you know, come in with well managed expectations.
