And obviously he didn't start the season the best and the club ended up getting rid of him.
But before they managed to get rid of him, he got rid of so much leaders.
And then two, three weeks later, he goes, we've got no leaders in the changing rooms.
Like, it actually, it makes no sense.
The club made a decision quite quickly to get rid of him.
But there was a lot to get rid of now.
So in that situation, the new managers come in.
He wasn't able to sign the players that he wanted to sign.
He had to try and get rid of players that he didn't want.
And it wasn't until January when he got to sign players and bring people in, bring his own staffing in, is when the club started to pick up again.
And it was too little too late.
In my eyes, being at the club, I honestly, I thought this is the problem.
The problem is that they never plan four, five years, six years ahead.
They're always planning for the season that's in front of them.
They're just like, we want to focus this season and then that season ends.
We want to focus on this season and that season ends.
Like training grounds.
When we moved training grounds, we went from Chadwell and the club was like, we're building you a new training ground.
at Rush Green.
So we're all thinking it's going to be a brand new building, everything at the club.
