Whereas I felt like I was living life
through the back of my head.
Like, everything just seemed so far away.
Like, I was looking through a tunnel before I was actually seeing the light.
And I was going into work and doing that, day in, day in, for months.
So...
I don't, you can't really, for me, I didn't want to go into the club and tell people that I'm struggling.
I'm not going to lie.
Like I did, I did speak to my, my physio.
He was the person who told me to go into therapy.
But like, I mainly spoke to like my brother and family members.
But then when you speak to your brothers and family members, they kind of want to give you an answer, want to give you an opinion.
And sometimes that's not what you want.
You just want someone to listen and hear you.
And that's what you get with therapy.
Like, I didn't realise that therapy was so important.
There's one thing that I've only realised now.
I thought therapy was only for people who were going crazy.
It wasn't until I started therapy.
Or maybe I was going slightly crazy.
