And it makes me feel productive.
And I think having your day structured like that, so you're getting lots of little wins done first creates that momentum to keep you going.
Even though these aren't tasks that you necessarily enjoy doing, it still feels good to get them done.

And I don't put too much pressure on myself as well.
A lot of these tasks are things that truly you could leave them for a year and it wouldn't have a severely negative impact on your life unless it's like booking a doctor's appointment, which is clearly important.
But I just try to get as much done as I can in one day.
And some people find that a bit overwhelming.
So if you're like, oh, God, that just is too much.
Try booking in maybe a life admin hour where you do something similar and take baby steps towards getting those tasks done instead.
Exactly.
And especially if it's not something that you've done before, you probably will come up with a really big list.
So don't put too much pressure on yourself.
I often will have heaps of tasks left over that I'm like, well, I'll get to that on my next life admin day.
It's not pressing.
It's not urgent, but I still want it to get done.

Yeah, look, sometimes my life audits can be a little intensive, especially if we get around the new year period.
Just because I'm into it, you know, this is the world that I'm in.
But a few activities that I really like to do when it comes to a life audit is a values check in.
