Usually just doing that will prompt you to think of so many little things that you need to do.
Another thing that you can do is also
walk through your body.
So think from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet, there are probably appointments that you need to book.
It might be doctor's appointments, it might be pamper appointments, but get all of those thoughts out of your mind and onto paper.
I actually have on my channel a guided brain dump.
It's called Watch This If You're Overwhelmed or something like that.
So if you're like, I don't know where to start when it comes to a brain dump, that's somewhere you can visit.
So do a big brain dump, get all of those tasks down.
The next thing I like to do is actually categorize them so that I can batch things.
So usually there's lots of things like phone calls and you can batch those.
So categorize those together.
I use David Allen categories.
So there's computer, anything you do at your computer, anything that you do at home.
So little home tasks and errands or anything that's out and about categorizing them just makes the day easier.
On a life admin day, I'll usually kick off with easier things that are momentum builders.
So I might do like a little tidy just to get myself into the mood because, you know, you've got to set the scene.
And then I will kick off with phone calls would be my preference, but I think everyone's different when it comes to phone calls.
Some people find that really anxiety inducing and it's difficult for me.
It's just like bang, bang, bang.
