So probably at maybe more significant times of year is an anti-vision.
An anti-vision is a term that I coined and it is what it sounds like.
It's the opposite of a visioning exercise.
So a lot of people talk about visioning, which is creating this, you know, vision of
what your life looks like in five years' time, where do you live, who are you surrounded by, what have you achieved, et cetera, et cetera.
And I think that that's a really great activity to do, maybe alongside your anti-vision.
And anti-vision is the opposite of that.
So instead of thinking about what is the most beautiful version of my life in five years, think about what would the worst version of my life look like in five years' time.
And
This doesn't mean thinking, well, maybe in five years time we have another pandemic and there's a global crisis.
That's not the line that we're going down.
Some people are like, wait, I don't understand.
You know, does everyone die?
No.
Think what would the worst version of my life look like in five years in terms of
Imagine you never work on your anxiety.
Imagine that you never work on your social confidence or you never work on the project that you've had in the back of your mind for however long.
Maybe you keep on performing your days in the way that you are now.
What does your life look like in five years because of that?
Yeah.
