In particular, uh notice how this angel shows up for you.
Um, some people are going to see the angel in their imagination.
Take note of the form that it takes.
Sometimes it's a uh it looks like an angel in our preconceived notion of that with wings and things like that.
Sometimes it looks like a person, sometimes it looks
like uh a ball of energy.
Sometimes it's uh can be
um actually a an ancestor, a living guide, uh a mentor, uh an animal.
Um just take note of the form.
Um nothing, you know, hugely significant in that.
Um but it is fun to to write that down and then if you do or when you do the meditation again
It may take a different form.

Um some people will not see something in their imagination, but they may hear something or get a sense of knowing.
So, really, as we're doing these experiences, I want you to start connecting how are these angels showing up for you?
Because that is keenly uh aligned with your intuition.
