Hello everybody and welcome to the next installation of meditations with our angels.
Today we're working with the angel of abundance.
A couple reminders, you can absolutely listen to this first with your conscious brain to know what I'm saying and repeat it as often as you would like.
There's going to be some time where I actually have you speak something out today.
So your conscious brain will still be
with us to be able to do that.
Um, today's meditation will include quite a bit of imagination uh and and connecting with this angel in a different way.
Um as we go through I may use terms like spirit or source.
Please use your own terms, whatever feels right to you.
Uh make sure that you're in a safe place.
Um so again these meditations are not for um being active, using heavy machinery, driving your car.
Um your mind will be active, but your body needs to be in a state of relaxation.
Um definitely have your journal nearby.
