So I it's hard to hit that sweet spot when you nap to where you just wake up feeling refreshed, which is another great word.
It's kind of and I feel like a lot of people wake up groggy.
And a lot of times what happens to me is I will wake up.
groggy and I feel like I'm going to die.
And I'm like, this is not a good feeling.
And then maybe in half an hour later, then I start to feel the benefits of what I had done.
But it's not good at first.
This is huge.
Definitely.
So for the word groggy, G-R-O-G-G-Y, you might hear, I slept for about 20 minutes.
