Well, when they got married, my mom didn't work anymore.
She was an actress.
My father continued to act.
That was his job.
And he did very well.
He had a series called The Count of Monte Cristo.
It was under contract to Howard Hughes.
Took that money and parlayed it into a restaurant because he wanted to be in the restaurant business.
on Sunset Strip, which he did until he passed away.
So it was a very successful family and very successful.
He was very successful in the business in the 50s, 40s and 50s.
