Same old, same old, same old, really, isn't it?
I think it's probably a cheaper option, isn't it?
Because I can't say... I mean, you know, as much as...
People, bear with me one second.
My computer was going to reset itself.
Contrary to what people believe, we don't get good fixtures and we don't get good opposition and all that.
We have to pay for all these people and I don't think the club's going to pay big money for
a good team because someone like um arsenal or chelsea people like that you're probably looking 50 grand plus um to have a friendly and then you've got to obviously have the police bill and everything else on top of that which it's just pointless for a team where our budget and everything else i think it's just pointless it's a shame because the fans would love it but i think realistically we've got to look at it and go i'd rather them spend 100 200 grand
on someone's wages and get a player in who we need rather than just playing it for 90 minutes of football.
Okay.
And the last time, I mean, I got a message this morning from someone, and I think it's pretty much the last time we played them...
It was 1965.
Millwall versus Sutton United, 14th of August, 1965.
Dyer, James, McCafferty, Adams, Dorney, Brown, Martin, Whitehouse, Brown, Jacks, and Billy Neal.
And, yeah, it was 9-1.
So...
I think that's a naughty one, really, from the club because it's, again, it's a double-edged sword.
25th of July is 10,000 days.
since they last beat us or since that effect yeah yeah yeah pretty much yeah it is a fact yeah someone else tweeted the other day and he's pretty much he had the working hours pretty much as as far as i can believe it's a fact so we can double check it but um twitter facts but can you imagine if they beat us on that day and we don't get to 10 000
I think he's stupid to put it on that date.
